Pilates Sessions With proper instruction, a student must understand the basic principals which prepares them for the GROUP Mat/Barre/small equipment and larger equipment sessions. These principals ensure that you can take these skills into a lifetime of optimal fitness.
Private/semi-private instruction is tailored to each individual client. With group classes the focus remains the same – perfect form with fewer repetitions, many exercises including small equipment and barre. – without the risk of injury.
Benefits of Pilates Exercise Equipment Pilates exercise equipment is extremely versatile. It allows hundreds of exercise variations, is easy on the joints, offers modifications for people with injuries or conditions, allows for three-dimensional movement and conditioning, and is suitable for a wide variety of clients (from rehab to pro athlete). It also facilitates balanced strength and flexibility, provides resistance on the in and out moves, total musclo-skeletal conditioning (muscles and postural alignment), and facilitates core conditioning and peripheral mobility.

- CANCELLATION POLICY: Our time, as well as yours, is important. If the need to cancel arises, a 24 hr notice is required to avoid being fully charged. Our studio does not offer refunds.
- Each session is either private, semi-private or group class and lasts 55 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early – dressed comfortably in form-fitting exercise clothing with socks (available for purchase at the studio), a mat, and a towel. Studio Etiquette

Reformer The Reformer is the main piece of equipment used in Pilates exercise. The Reformer glides forward & backward on rollers and uses springs for resistance, along with other attachments, for a wide variety of exercises and positions (i.e. lying down, seated, kneeling and standing.)
Split-Pedal Stability ChairIdeal for those who need to stay in a seated or upright position (i.e. pregnancy), the Stability Chair helps rebalance muscles and provides a full-body workout. It also facilitates high-performance exercises for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, as well as rehab clients.
