Pilates Sessions With proper instruction, a student must understand the basic principals which prepares them for the mat work classes and equipment. These principals ensure that you can take these skills into a lifetime of optimal fitness.
Private/semi-private instruction is tailored to each individual client. With group classes the focus remains the same – perfect form with fewer repetitions without the risk of injury.
