Alisa Meier, Instructor/Trainer

Alisa was born and raised in Ukraine and came to the United States for collegiate athletics. She played tennis for Armstrong Atlantic State University where her team was a 3 time national champion. She has been highly involved in improving community health & fitness since 2008. As a Graduate Assistant for Fitness at Boise State University, she had an opportunity to work with a wide range of NCAA athletes, to include the golf team, basketball team, volleyball team, soccer team, and nationally ranked football team. Currently she works with a variety of clients who have different needs and wants. Her mission is to motivate, educate and empower all clients to reach their optimal level of performance by balancing their fitness with their daily life.
Her passion is to educate others on how to live a healthier life and have fun doing it. “My goal is to find an activity for each individual. When people tell me that they hate exercising, they just haven’t found the right one yet.”
She spends her spare time with her husband competing in races and triathlons, going hiking and paddle boarding, and attending Fitness/Performance Conferences. She loves gardening, cooking, and reading. “I believe that the more knowledge one has the better one is able to make the best decisions in life”.
